HighLevel says it is now an official app within Muse by Meta. Users authenticate through OAuth, choose which CRM sub-accounts to share, and approve access by scope. HighLevel’s release notes describe access to “over 600 operations across 38 CRM domains” through its MCP tools.
It’s the second Meta–HighLevel tie-up in three months: in June, Meta picked HighLevel as an early scheduling partner for embedded appointment booking in Facebook Lead Ads, according to HighLevel’s announcement.
Promising for owner-operators who live in Meta’s apps. Agencies should treat it like giving a new hire CRM access: scoped, logged and reviewed.

Your checklist
- Test on an internal or sandbox sub-account before any client account.
- Grant the narrowest scopes that do the job; avoid agency-wide access.
- Keep a simple log of what the agent changed, and review it weekly at first.
- Get written client approval before connecting their sub-account.
