DemandSphere data shows AI Overviews on 26.12% of the branded queries it tracks on Sept. 1, peaking at 90.48% on Sept. 27 and at 82.06% on Sept. 29. Ahrefs, looking at US desktop results only, found them on 65.1% of branded keywords in August and 82.91% on Sept. 29. Google hasn’t announced a change related to branded queries.

Semrush suggests comparing branded click-through rate for Sept. 8–14 against Sept. 29–Oct. 5 in Search Console, then searching the brand while signed out to read what the AI Overview says and which sources it cites.
